BOOKING REMINDER NEWTON ABBOT REUNION 2010Newton Abbot Reunion 2010This yearâ??s reunion will take place on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th September 2010 and will follow previous yearâ??s format. Friday. Informal get-together at the Queens Hotel in the evening. Saturday: We will be doing the long walk back to camp along the River Lemon passing the old camp and calling in at the Union Inn Denbury Green for refreshments before making our way to The Jolly Sailor Ogwell for lunch. We will be leaving the clock tower at 10.00 hrs. Those who do not wish to walk there is ample car parking at the Jolly Sailor where they serve reasonably priced bar food and lunches. This yearâ??s reunion will be held at The Union Inn Denbury Green from 19.00 hrs in their excellent refurbished function room the number of those attending will be limited to 70. A buffet will be served during the evening and there will be background music available. I am sure Rob and his staff will provide us with the best possible service during the evening. We were in the same barrack room in Nig Wing along with Ken Kay Alfie Wenn Nobbie Noble Bill Caswell and John Venn to name but a few. Hi its Dawn here again! What a few days it has been for my dad!! He had his Ablation operation on friday morning that was successful but then friday evening he took a turn for the worst and ended up having open heart surgery with a 1% rate that he would even survive the surgery!! He is doing remakably well and has been moved from intensive care today and is now on Ward 14 Floor F Jubilee Building of Leeds General Infirmary visiting times are 2-4 and 6-8. Kind regards Dawn xx

Did not know this site existed until today. I was out shopping and bumped into an old Denbury boy who suggested the site to me. It s great to know that so many are in contact.
